This lovely soft harmonious painting was inspired by the beautiful mists which flow through the valleys and peaks of the mountains I see every morning when I am in my NZ home.   These mountains could be anywhere in Australia or NZ.  This painting has layers of colour put on over some texture and blended and then finished off with a palette knife.  The overall effect is one of peacefulness and it would be a lovely scene to wake up to each morning.
